We all carry something.
Grief. Loss. Disappointment. Change.
Sometimes it’s visible — most times, it’s not. But it weighs on us just the same. I know that weight intimately, and if you’re here, I have a feeling you do too.
I created The Weight I Carry as a space for women like us: strong on the outside, but holding silent stories within. A space where movement isn’t just about fitness — it’s about feeling. It’s about releasing. It’s about reclaiming your body after it’s been through hell.
For me, working out became a lifeline — not for the scale, but for my soul. Some days I cried through the squats. Other days, I danced like I was free. But every time, I showed up. And I started to heal — not all at once, but piece by piece.
If you’re carrying something heavy, I want you to know this:
You don’t have to carry it alone.
You’re allowed to move with it.
You’re allowed to put it down sometimes.
And you’re strong enough to keep going.
Welcome to The Weight I Carry. Let’s move through it — together.
With strength & grace,
C Marie
